Executive

George F. Fink, B. Comm., C.A.
Chairman of the Board

George Fink is the Chairman of the Board.  He is also engaged as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Bonterra Energy Corp. Mr. Fink sits on the Board of Directors of the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) and has formerly served on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Mr. Fink's career spans 40 years, primarily in the oil and gas industry. After articling with Ernst & Young and obtaining the Chartered Accountant designation, Mr. Fink worked for Shaw Pipe Industries, Ranger Oil and Comstate Resources before starting Bonterra Corporation (a spinoff from Comstate).

Philip B. Hodge, B.Comm., LLB
President and Chief Executive Officer

Phil Hodge joined Pine Cliff in January 2012 as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Hodge most recently held the positions of Vice President, Business Development and Vice President Acquisitions and Divestments at Penn West Exploration, one of the largest conventional oil and natural gas producers in North America. Prior to that, Mr. Hodge was a Managing Director at Mackie Research Capital Corporation and J.F. Mackie & Co., Calgary based investment banks. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Hodge was Vice-President and General Counsel of Westport Innovations Inc. where he was responsible for legal, corporate governance, strategic partnership and corporate development functions, as well as the formation and growth of the company's business in China. Prior to 2000, Mr. Hodge was a partner at Bennett Jones LLP, a Canadian national law firm, practicing in that firm's securities and mergers and acquisitions teams in its Calgary office.

Cheryne A. Lowe, C.A.
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Security

Cheryne Lowe joined Pine Cliff in October 2015 as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Cheif Financial Officer and Corporate Security Janurary 2017.  Ms. Lowe is a Chartered Accountant and most recently held the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer position at Orlen Upstream Canada Ltd. and its predecessor TriOil Resources Ltd from January 2010 to June 2015.    Prior thereto from 2002 to 2009, Ms. Lowe held progressively senior roles at Highpine Oil and Gas, Anderson Energy, Tristone Capital, Ketch Resources Trust and KPMG LLP.

Terry L. McNeill, P.Eng
Chief Operating Officer

Terry McNeill joined Pine Cliff as Vice President Operations in April 2014 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in January 2015.  Mr. McNeill has over 20 years of industry experience and held the same position at Berkana Energy Corp. from September 2006 until January 2008 and Quatro Resources Ltd. from January 2008 until the sale of the company in November 2012.  Mr. McNeill possesses a broad range of experience on all aspects of operations including production, construction, completions and drilling.  Mr. McNeill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Heather A. Isidoro, P.Eng., M.B.A.
Vice President, Business Development

Heather Isidoro joined Pine Cliff in September 2013 as Manager of Business Development and was appointed Vice President Business Development in November, 2016.  She has worked in the oil and gas industry since 2000, having held a variety of reserves and business development roles with companies such as AJM, Baytex, Canaccord Enermarket, and TAQA North.  Ms. Isidoro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master in Business Administration from Athabasca University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
