George F. Fink, B. Comm., C.A.
Executive Chairman of the Board

George Fink is the Executive Chairman of the Board.  He is also engaged as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Bonterra Energy Corp. Mr. Fink sits on the Board of Directors of the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) and has formerly served on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Mr. Fink's career spans 40 years, primarily in the oil and gas industry. After articling with Ernst & Young and obtaining the Chartered Accountant designation, Mr. Fink worked for Shaw Pipe Industries, Ranger Oil and Comstate Resources before starting Bonterra Corporation (a spinoff from Comstate).

Philip B. Hodge, B.Comm., LLB
President and Chief Executive Officer

Phil Hodge joined Pine Cliff in January 2012 as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Hodge most recently held the positions of Vice President, Business Development and Vice President Acquisitions and Divestments at Penn West Exploration, one of the largest conventional oil and natural gas producers in North America. Prior to that, Mr. Hodge was a Managing Director at Mackie Research Capital Corporation and J.F. Mackie & Co., Calgary based investment banks. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Hodge was Vice-President and General Counsel of Westport Innovations Inc. where he was responsible for legal, corporate governance, strategic partnership and corporate development functions, as well as the formation and growth of the company's business in China. Prior to 2000, Mr. Hodge was a partner at Bennett Jones LLP, a Canadian national law firm, practicing in that firm's securities and mergers and acquisitions teams in its Calgary office.

Robb D. Thompson, C.A., B. Comm. (Honors)
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Robb Thompson joined Pine Cliff in February of 2011 as Vice President, Finance and now holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.  In addition to the above, he is also engaged as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Bonterra Energy Corp. Prior thereto, from February 2008 to October 2010, Mr. Thompson was the Chief Financial Officer of Sonde Resources Corp., a public oil and gas company and held the same position from January 2007 to January 2008 at Berkana Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company. From September 2000 to December 2006, Mr. Thompson was the Chief Executive Officer of Dynetek Industries Ltd., a public alternative energy company.

Kristi L. Barr, C.A.
Vice President Finance

Kristi Barr joined Pine Cliff in April 2012 as Controller and was appointed Vice President Finance and Controller of Pine Cliff in January 2014.  Prior thereto, from September 2011 to March 2012, Ms. Barr was the Controller of North American Oil Trust and held the same position at  Orion Oil & Gas Corporation from December 2010 to June 2011.  From September 2007 to January 2010, Ms. Barr was the Manager of Financial Reporting of TransGlobe Energy Ltd.  Prior to 2007, Ms. Barr was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Terry L. McNeill, P.Eng
Vice President Operations

Terry McNeill joined Pine Cliff as Vice President Operations in April 2014.  Mr. McNeill has over 20 years of industry experience and held the same position at Berkana Energy Corp. from September 2006 until January 2008 and Quatro Resources Ltd. from January 2008 until the sale of the company in November 2012.  Mr. McNeill possesses a broad range of experience on all aspects of operations including production, construction, completions and drilling.  Mr. McNeill holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
