Pine Cliff's average daily production in the first quarter of 2013 was 2,536 boe per day as compared to 401 boe per day in the first quarter of 2012. The increase was mainly due to the acquisition of the Carrot Creek assets in the first quarter of 2012, the combination with Geomark in the fourth quarter of 2012 and the acquisition of Skope Energy Inc. which closed on February 19, 2013. The company expects production to average between 3,500 boe per day and 4,000 boe per day in 2013, an increase of 395% over the 2012 average production (percent change is based on the mid-point of guidance).
